At Gyani Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully pack and dispatch every order. However, please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged

• The product received is expired

• The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)

In such cases, the customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos as proof.

Refunds

• Once the issue is verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• The refund process may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Opened or used products

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling

• Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

• Delays caused by courier partners or natural circumstances

Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

• Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
