At Gyani Ayurveda, we ensure that every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and personal care products, please read the policy below before placing your order.

Exchanges

We offer exchange only in the following situations:

• Product received is damaged

• Product received is expired

• Product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)

To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the product as proof.

Once verified, a replacement product will be dispatched at no additional cost.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for:

• Opened or used products

• Partially used products

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products

• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers

• Products damaged after delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled or returned.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, a refund may be issued as per our Refund Policy. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
